Summary of Rules – Pool, Sauna, and Gourmet Area - - Open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. - Closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance. - Location: playground (access via elevator, “P” button). - Glass items (bottles, cups, etc.) are not allowed in the pool area. Additional information: - To use the sauna, simply request the key at the front desk. - The building’s cleaning service is free of charge and can be scheduled at the front desk.

House Rules and Terms

Property Rules Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300. Visitors are not permitted. Events are not permitted. Laundry service available in the building. Rules – Pool, Sauna, and Gourmet Area Tuesday through Sunday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Closed on Mondays Location: playground (press the P button in the elevator) No glass items in the pool Sauna: Pick up your key at the front desk Housekeeping: free of charge; please schedule at the front desk. A crib is available for a fee. All guests must comply with the condominium rules. Failure to do so may result in fines, which will be passed on in full to the person responsible for the reservation. All guests must check in online prior to arrival. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to enter. Guests may not be replaced during their stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom at the start of your stay. We do not restock them. We ask that you refrain from walking around the building’s common areas in swimwear (bikinis, swim trunks, or without a shirt), in accordance with the condominium’s rules. For stays of more than 28 nights, electricity and gas usage will be billed separately, based on meter readings. For stays longer than 14 days, you will need to schedule an additional cleaning service for R$ 250, which includes a linen change, in order to maintain the property’s quality and hygiene.
