Island Club 119 This elevated first-floor Hilton Head vacation rental features an open floor plan and new furnishings. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, and access to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon and fountain. Off the living room, you’ll find the half bathroom, dining area and well-appointed kitchen which features beautiful cabinetry and custom tilework. Down the hall you’ll find the primary bedroom. This room features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity and a tub/shower combination. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer make you feel right at home. Located in the Folly Field complex, Island Club offers beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. Find 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru. Also enjoy a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. Lagoons are well-stocked and a fishing license is required. Additional amenities include a gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children's playground. The pools and hot tub are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children's pool with a mushroom fountain, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on-site! <b>ISLAND CLUB AMENITIES</b> Seasonal, shared pools in the center of the complex (early spring through November) Seasonal, shared hot tub (early spring through November - Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted in the Hot Tub, Tanning Shelf, and upper Deck.) There are no elevators in the buildings. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
