Description

Its just you and the water now. Oh, and did we mention 100 feet of sandy beach? Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, nostalgic place to stay, steps away from your own private sandy beach. We made sure to stock the kitchen with all the necessities to make meal time a little easier. We're on a quiet street, but also close to Rogers City, and about a mile away from the 40 mile lighthouse and bike trail.

House Rules and Terms

We love dogs and we are happy to have yours join us during your stay. Below are a few guidelines for your pet during your time with us. 1. HOUSEBROKEN – All dogs must be completely housebroken. If your dog does have an accident in the home, it is the responsibility of the owner to clean up the waste. If any additional cleaning of the home is required, charges will be billed accordingly. 2. CLEANLINESS – If your dog is wet or dirty from playing outside, please wipe muddy, sandy, wet or dirty paws before entering the house. 3. PET WASTE – Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of any and all pet waste in the yard and visible or public areas. If they go out in the woods, no harm no foul obviously :) 4. VACCINATIONS & ID TAGS – All pets are required to be up to date on rabies vaccinations, all other vaccinations, and heartworm preventative. We encourage you to have current ID and rabies tags on your dogs collar so if your dog is lost it can be easily identified. 5. FLEAS AND TICKS – All dogs are to be treated with flea and tick repellant at least three (3) days prior to arrival. Please make sure that your pet arrives flea and tick free and remains so. If fleas are detected after your stay, the pet owner hereby agrees to pay the full expense of flea removal. The charges will be billed accordingly. 6. FURNITURE – Please be responsible with your dogs on the furniture. We love to cuddle with our pets, but if your dog needs a bath or is otherwise in a condition not suitable for being on the furniture please keep them off. If your pet is accustomed to being on the furniture, please bring a sheet or blanket from home and cover the area of the furniture they will be lying on, in order to guard against pet hair accumulation. You will be billed for excessive hair removal from furniture or stains on the furniture or bedding. 7. DAMAGES – Any damage to the exterior or interior of the premises, caused by the pet will be the full financial responsibility of the pet owner. The pet owner agrees to pay all costs involved in the restoration or replacement to its original condition.
