1) As of January 2026, our next-door neighbor has started a renovation planned until May 2026. The work is minor and not continuous. Occasionally, some noise may be heard during daytime hours only. 2) Important Note About Nature and Wildlife: Our villa is located in a tropical environment where occasional sightings of local wildlife may occur. We take every precaution to maintain the property and minimize such encounters, but nature is part of the charm and reality of staying in this part of Bali. Guests are kindly asked to keep doors and gates closed to avoid inviting wildlife inside. By booking, you acknowledge that you are staying in a natural setting and accept this as part of the experience.
