Terrace Apartment w/ Jacuzzi, City Views & Pool

EXTRA RULES: - In accordance with Law 679 of 2001, the entry of minors into any tourist establishment with fines for prostitution, sexual abuse, exploitation and/or pornography is strictly prohibited. - All guests must be registered at the front desk only with their Colombian ID, CEDULA, ("contraseña" are not allowed) or passport (physical format). Absolutely NO minors unaccompanied by their parents are allowed in the building unless they provide notarized permission from their parents. Minors accompanied by their parents must provide original birth certificate (physical format). -Daily/weekly bookings: You are allowed up to a total of 3 invited guests (4 including you) per 7 day stay. Max occupancy at any time = 4. Repeat overnight guests should be registered on your original reservation and all registered guests have rights to stay during the entire reservation. Monthly bookings: No explicit limit to invited guests, however we don't allow more than +3 guests (4 including you) to occupy the apartment at any given time. - As this apartment is located in a residential building, loud music and parties are not allowed at any time. Non-compliance with the rules will lead to a penalty of $200. - Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets in the apartment will lead to a penalty of $200. - Please be aware that for instant bookings the same day we cannot guarantee check in at 3pm. - Unauthorized late check-out will lead to a penalty of $100. - We are not responsible for the loss of objects left outside the safe. We are also not responsible for the loss of personal objects when the guest has had visitors in the apartment. - Please be advised that we are not responsible for external noise (street, restaurants, neighbors, constructions, etc). - Noise policy: You may be warned once if there is a noise complaint during your stay. The second complaint will result in a $50 fine via the Airbnb resolution center, and repeated violations will be met with eviction by our security staff. Please keep the party in the bars and night clubs so that everyone can relax at Morph. - Pool hours are 9am to 7pm. Mondays we do a deeper cleaning and the pool usually opens later in the day. Thank you for understanding. - Photo shoots are not allowed in the unit. IMPORTANT: No complying with the apartment and building rules may result in immediate eviction by police authority without any refund.
