This amount is $750. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement. Thank you for your understanding. Dog-Friendly Policy We accept pets under strict conditions and only with prior authorization. ๏ Additional fee: $100 per animal per stay, or $200 per month for long-term stays. ๏ Puppies under 1 year old are not accepted. ๏ Dogs must be sterilized (spayed/neutered). ๏ Your dog must be house-trained and is not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms at any time. ๏ Your dog must not cause any noise disturbance to neighbors. ๏ Guests must clean up after their pet at all times — additional fees will apply if not respected. ๏ Guests are required to vacuum at the end of their stay (floors, sofa, etc.).

The Neighborhood

The municipality of Chénéville is located at the crossroads of routes 315 and 321, in the heart of the Petite-Nation region. Its vast green spaces and surrounding mountains offer a wide range of outdoor activities — from snow tubing and wildlife observation to hiking trails that turn into snowshoe paths in winter. Local artisans are also celebrated in Chénéville, showcasing their culinary products, handcrafted furniture, art pieces, boutiques, and galleries. You’ll also find several restaurants and a variety of shops to explore!
