APT Living (Private Studio)
APTs, or apartment living, is a popular housing option in Vancouver, particularly in urban areas such as downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. APTs in Vancouver range from small, older buildings to newer, high-rise developments with modern amenities. One of the advantages of APT living in Vancouver is the convenience of being close to restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. Many apartments in downtown Vancouver are within walking distance of popular destinations such as Stanley Park, the seawall, and Granville Island. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it easy to get around the city. One thing to keep in mind when considering APT living in Vancouver is the availability of parking. Many APT buildings in downtown Vancouver do not offer on-site parking, and street parking can be limited and expensive. However, many residents choose to forgo car ownership altogether and rely on public transportation and cycling to get around the city.

Each studio room has a personal balcony, ensuite bathroom, TV, desk, and sofa. The studios also include a kitchenette (mini fridge, stove, microwave, kitchenware) in addition to a communal kitchen. Students can also take advantage of shared amenities, including a gym, BBQ area, dining lounges, and studio spaces to connect with other student residents.

This area is known for its diverse population, tree-lined streets, and beautiful views of the downtown skyline and the North Shore Mountains. Another notable attraction in Fairview is the Vancouver General Hospital, which is one of the largest and busiest hospitals in the city. The hospital is also home to the Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute, which conducts cutting-edge research on a variety of health issues. Fairview is also home to several parks and green spaces, including Charleson Park, which features a beautiful rose garden, and Granville Loop Park, which offers stunning views of False Creek and the downtown skyline.
