With a full kitchen that has an intimate breakfast table that overlooks the garden and has an ocean view through the window, enclosed TV room, open plan living space with a dining room that leads out onto the pool deck where you’ll find more covered, outdoor entertaining space. Just off the kitchen is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with an updated ensuite bathroom, fitted with a king size bed and ample storage space. The second bedroom is located just down the hall and has two twin bedrooms with a separate bathroom. The villa is air conditioned and has complementary wifi throughout. Mount Standfast is great for a family or group of friends. Housekeeping is included once per week to freshen up the space, change the sheets and towels. The gardening service comes once per week to keep the grounds tidy and the pool is also serviced once a week. Just a 5 minute drive to Holetown and and 10 minute drive to Speightstown and a short couple of minutes drive down the hill to The Lonestar, JuJu’s and The Fairmont Beach Club where you have complementary access to beach chairs and umbrellas, watersports, you can also enjoy some great drinks and bites here too! Please note there is no smoking inside or outside under the covered area. This can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedrooms. This is 50% of rack rate, no exceptions No late check outs can be paid for during stay even if available. It must be done at the time of booking Summer & Winter *Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of the rental amount is forfeited, with the remaining 75% potentially refundable. *Cancellations made 59 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Christmas *Both the deposit and balance are non-refundable. *Christmas bookings are therefore fully non-refundable upon cancellation. Payment Default *If the required payment is not received by the stated due date, the booking may be released or cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
