Coin-operated laundry is available in the common amenity area of the building. The unit is heated by the fireplace, which is controlled by the thermostat near the kitchen table. I've booked - Now what? Before your arrival, you'll receive a link to your Online Boarding Pass. It contains everything you need - check-in and check-out instructions plus helpful tips for your stay. Please review it carefully to ensure a smooth experience. As part of the verification process outlined in the house rules, guests will also be required to complete ID verification prior to arrival. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released once the verification process has been completed. Damage Waiver / Security Deposit We understand that accidents can happen during your stay, and we want to make sure both you and the property are protected. For your peace of mind, we offer two options: Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay. Refundable Security Deposit – A credit card hold that is released after a successful property inspection following your stay.
