The apartment is perfect for modern and luxurious city-living right in the heart of Cape Town. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need - top quality ultra-soft bath sheets, hand towels and face washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine, pods, tea, hot chocolate, kettle, toaster, cooking necessities, oven, washing machine etc. etc.! Open up the american indoor shutters and the well-lit windows create a fresh and feeling with a clear view of Lionshead right from the apartment.
Good to know
Check-in and check-out is extremely easy and simple with a lockbox at the front door - I'll send through all instructions 2 days before you have to check-in including a map, lockbox combination etc.. When it comes to checking out all that's needed is switching off the lights and putting the keys back in the lockbox downstairs...leave the rest up to me ;) The+Diplomat/@-33.9183637,18.4230562,17 This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). The building is nestled inside a square that has 4 other hotels and various small businesses. There are multiple banks in the area as well as a large number of fantastic restaurants, Clicks & Dischem with all toiletries and essentials, Food Lovers Market with food and groceries, Laundromat - all +- 150m away for anything and everything you may need. The building is also +- 60m from a large Burger King as well as a cash superette selling all essentials, food, drinks, toiletries etc. Additionally there is a Picardi Rebel +- 60m away for any alcoholic beverages you may wish to get. The Waterfront is +- 10 minutes walk away, Artscape Theatre +- 5 minutes walk away, CTICC +-5 minutes walk way. 20m from the building there is a nearby rooftop bar on the 11th floor of the Park In@Radisson serving drinks and food with gorgeous views of Table Mountain and the foreshore area. There are also multiple other restaurants in a 5 minutes walking radius.

The entire apartment is for the use of guests - this includes more than ample storage space for any clothing or luggage as well as for groceries etc. The apartment block has secure access via an electronic tag provided and the apartment is accessible via a lift so climbing stairs is not required.
