Nestled in a renowned residential neighborhood, our apartment is not far from the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Bois de Boulogne. You'll be in the heart of the Parisian soul. I'm delighted to welcome you to my charming 54-square-meter apartment in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It can accommodate 2 people. It's ideally located close to the banks of the SEINE, where you can enjoy a stroll, and close to the Hospital Chardon Lagache. You'll be able to stroll through a dynamic neighborhood and discover the various tourist sites of the City of Light! The apartment comprises: - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine... - Living room with sofa, TV and dining table - Bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower - separate WC - Storage space - Bed linen and towels provided - TV and broadband Internet (WiFi) This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. Located close to public transport, you'll be able to get around easily and discover PARIS' emblematic sites such as: the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, Notre-Dame Cathedral... Reputed to be the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris, and little-known by many Parisians, the 16th arrondissement is one of the capital's most pleasant in terms of quality of life and tourist attractions. Off-center from the party scene, it's not for nightlife fans. Nevertheless, you'll find some lovely walks, some of Paris's greatest museums and astonishing architecture, with the 16th arrondissement boasting the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris. Not forgetting, of course, the most exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero. This arrondissement is also home to the Parc des Princes and the Roland-Garros stadium. Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, I recommend the Italian restaurant "IL FARNIENTE", which offers a delicious Italian menu: Pizza, pasta... You can't fail to be delighted! WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
