This property is in a quiet neighbourhood. Please respect those around us and ensure you do not cause any loud noise or music. We do not accept bookings for any parties, schoolies, hens or bucks celebrations. We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25, a responsible adult must be in attendance throughout the duration of the booking. We prefer a max of 8 adults and 2 children. Guests with more than 8 adults must request this at time of booking. No additional visitors beyond those on the booking are allowed onto the property at anytime. Please do not wear shoes inside the house and brush or rinse off sand before entering. Please take all your rubbish to outside bins in sealed bags before you check out. Please be courteous to our cleaners and leave the house in a reasonable state. All damages must be paid for. Furniture must not be moved, all furniture must stay in it's original place. Pets are welcome (with a pet fee applicable) but must not be allowed on furniture, on carpet or upstairs in the property. All pet mess must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately. Any dirt from your pet must also be cleaned. Any damage caused by pets will be reported to Airbnb and charged to guests as will additional cleaning incurred because of a pet. We are bound by the NSW government Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry and as a guest, you are required to abide by these laws. These regulations outline behaviour standards which include ensuring noise does not disturb neighbours, your responsibility for any damage caused to the property and your responsibility for the behaviour of any other guests in your group.
