Perfectly positioned mid-island, you are steps away from world-class golf, tennis, and bike trails. 713 Barrington Drive is a meticulously renovated second-floor villa that balances modern coastal style with the tranquility of a tropical resort. As the closest unit to the beach within its section of the Palmetto Dunes Beachfront Resort, it offers an effortless transition from your living room to the Atlantic shoreline in under two minutes. The interior features an open-concept living area with contemporary furnishings, soft neutral tones, and abundant natural light. The primary suite is anchored by a comfortable king-sized bed and serves as a quiet sanctuary. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and updated cabinetry allows for seamless meal preparation, complemented by 1.5 baths for added guest convenience. The private balcony provides a peaceful spot to breathe in the salty sea air and enjoy the lush, tropical surroundings of the gated community. Parking Pass Fees: Per community regulations, a Palmetto Dunes pass is required for vehicle entry. Fees range from $20 for 1-2 nights to $35 for 3-7 nights (subject to community change). Provisions: We provide a starter set of cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. Please note that cooking basics (oil, spices) and specialty utensils like chopsticks are not included in the reservation. Rental Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. Resort Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking within the villa will result in a $500 restoration fee.
