Here is how the home is laid out: First Floor: - Kitchen & Dining Room (seats 4) - Full bathroom w/ vintage tub - Cozy living room w/ electric fire place and ocean views - Back deck w/ outdoor seating Second Floor: - Bedroom 1 w/ ocean views [Queen Bed] - Bedroom 2 [Full Bed] - Half bathroom Back Patio: - Gas BBQ - Gas Fire place - Outdoor seating - Waterfront property Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes to take advantage of the outdoors. Option to rent kayaks, boards and bikes from local companies. There is also a grass area across the street that belongs to the property. Option to rent this area for an event or small gathering. Any event must be approved by management. Please note there is an extra cost for hosting an event.
