It aims to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, young people in training, alternation or internship. Indeed, while building the "Bercy Village" shopping center, relics (wooden pirogues, pottery, bows and arrows, bone and stone tools) were found and are now on display at the Carnavalets museum.
