For convenience, guests have access to a designated one-car parking spot right at the back door. The full bathroom comes stocked with towels and soaps, and the condo is equipped with central AC and heating. For those seeking relaxation, our condo offers a tranquil escape, with a spa and heated pool in the courtyard. With convenient access to major highways and a designated parking spot, you can easily explore all that Scottsdale has to offer. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our neighborhood's unbeatable convenience and charm will make your stay memorable. We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in surrounding areas. Any violation of this rule will result in a penalty. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Central AC units are best kept at 74 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 74 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
