De Brabander Wijk 111, also known as Ca d'Oro Cadzand, is a stylish and luxurious holiday home for 6 guests in Cadzand. The house has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, toaster, combi oven, induction hob with integrated extractor, dishwasher and fridge. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a garden with terrace and sun awning. A washing machine and dryer are available. A highchair and cot are provided. Dogs are welcome (max 2).

About the Home

This recently renovated holiday home, also known as Ca d'Oro – the golden house – is luxuriously and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, toaster, combi oven, induction hob with integrated extractor (Bora), dishwasher, fridge and cookware including wine glasses. You can listen to music via Sonos while cooking. The cosy dining table seats the whole group. A step down is the living room with a comfortable sofa and smart TV where you can log in to your own streaming accounts. From the living room you have a lovely view of the garden with sun awning. There are three bedrooms with wardrobe space. The bathroom has a shower and heated towel rail. A washing machine and dryer are available. The house has constant ventilation and air purification, so you can keep the windows closed at night for fresh air quality. Dogs are welcome!

Good to know

Behind the house there is a football pitch, directly accessible from the garden. The beach at Cadzand-Bad is excellent for a day at the sea. Visit the Het Zwin nature reserve for a lovely walk or cycle ride. In Sluis you can enjoy authentic Zeeland restaurants and shops.

The Neighborhood

Cadzand is located in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and is known for its wide sandy beach and peaceful, green surroundings. The Het Zwin nature reserve is nearby and offers beautiful walking and cycling routes. The historic town of Sluis, with its charming shops and restaurants, is quickly accessible. Knokke-Heist on the Belgian coast is also close by.

Parking is available on the driveway. EV charging points are available nearby. Bicycle storage is available in the shed or garden. The house features a Nuki smart lock for easy access. Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, no cats). Further practical information can be found in your Boarding Pass.
