At Villa Laguna, two queen-bedded rooms arrange themselves around the private pool with an easy, unhurried logic. Each comes with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom framed by jungle greenery—the kind of view that makes mornings feel earned. The open-plan living area flows between lounge, dining, and a fully equipped kitchen, all of it wrapped in natural light and the particular calm of Peliatan's gardens. Villa Vertigo takes a slightly wilder approach. Its two bedrooms each open onto en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers, where coconut palms catch the wind and the sound of water carries differently in open air. Glass-enclosed living and dining spaces offer uninterrupted garden views, while the poolside lounge—accessed directly from the living room—is precisely the right place to watch morning arrive or let the afternoon dissolve. Villa Vertigo connects directly to Villa Donna for groups requiring even more room. Villa Donna expands the vocabulary entirely. Five bedrooms across two levels accommodate families and larger groups without sacrificing coherence: four queen rooms on the main floor (each convertible to twin configuration), and a master suite below with direct pool access. The living space seats ten at the dining table, anchors itself around a fully equipped kitchen, and opens outward to an infinity pool flanked by eight sun loungers. An upper terrace offers canopy daybeds; an on-site gym with an attached hammock completes the picture. Three complimentary electric bikes invite guests to explore the surrounding lanes at their own pace. Steps from each villa, Peliatan delivers: the Sacred Monkey Forest under a kilometer away, Ubud Palace and the Art Market within two kilometers, Tegallalang Rice Terrace reachable by bike. Dishwasher: While our villa doesn’t have a dishwasher, our attentive Villa Host is available to assist with dishwashing during your stay, ensuring you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us. Laundry Service Recommendations (Additional Cost): We're happy to connect you with trusted local laundry providers and coordinate pick-up and delivery from your villa. While we work only with reputable partners, please note this is an independent external service. Vendor Services: To ensure the villa's equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali's tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. For smaller guest groups, Breakfast by Chef is available at an additional surcharge of IDR 100.000 per person. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Additionally, our villa features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you the flexibility to prepare your own meals if you prefer. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 9-bedroom combined villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 22 guests, with the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person applies.
