About the Home

In this thoughtfully designed studio, you’ll find a spacious bed for two and a TV for a cozy evening in, plus a record player for added charm. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, and you can set the perfect temperature with AC and a thermostat. There’s also a microwave available in the shared area. Don’t miss the coffee bar downstairs, where you’re invited to enjoy a pot of freshly brewed coffee.

Important Note: Please be aware that the stairwell is narrow and does not have an elevator, making it less suitable for very large suitcases. A security deposit hold will be authorized directly by the host during the online check-in process to cover potential incidentals or property damage.

House Rules and Terms

No pets - sorry, Fido has to stay home. No abundance of noise after 10PM, mind the neighbors. No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from the host. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. No smoking - also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky. Clean the kitchen after you use it.
