Belleair Sands

About the Home

*30-day minimum stay required or calendar month* Nestled next to famous Clearwater Beach, upscale Belleair Beach is one of the Gulf Coast's best-kept secrets if you are looking for an extended getaway from the hustle of the everyday. This gorgeous ground-floor condo offers convenient access right off the patio to the silver sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This means not hauling beach chairs and bulky beach gear up and down clunky elevators or stairs. In the evenings, the cool breeze and calming song of the surf offer a meditative retreat to unwind with quiet conversation and a refreshing drink on your private shaded patio. Inside are all the comforts of home, including a welcoming and comfortable sitting area. A plush and roomy sectional sofa offers plenty of room to stretch out and lounge after a busy day. A large television with cable programming and a DVD player mean you can keep abreast of your favorite shows and sliding doors leading to the patio welcome a tropical feel to the room. An intimate dining area with seating for four leads to an elegant full kitchen with granite countertops, generous cabinetry for storage, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The clean, modern feel and many conveniences make eating in a pleasure. The dreamy main retreat offers a bright and airy ambiance with a king bed fitted with luxurious linens. A spacious armoire and closet offer room to unpack and make yourself at home and a glass-paned door offers easy access to the patio for late-night sun gazing or for drinking in the invigorating sea air during the peaceful morning hours. An en suite full main bath offers the convenience of a walk-in shower and a lovely vanity with custom cabinetry. Additional guests will enjoy a queen bed in the second bedroom with modern décor and a second full bath with shower/tub is accessible around the corner. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, assigned parking, a community gas grill, pool, and patio seating with umbrellas. The Belleair Sands complex also offers laundry facilities within the complex. WHAT'S NEARBY The town of Belleair Beach is a little piece of paradise full of old fashioned neighborhood charm.
