The Gathering Space is quality at its best! You can expect to arrive at a fully equipped, top notch, inviting home that will provide all the comforts you would expect of a perfect place to stay! Fresh, light, airy, bright, relaxing, contentment, and peaceful are all words you'll be using to describe this remarkable house. We are confident the excellent location, well equipped kitchen, new premium beds, quality bedding/linens/towels, well stocked bathrooms, and soft furniture will have you completely satisfied in your choice of stay. SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS Master bedroom: 1 King bed (Sleeps 2) Guest bedroom: 1 Queen bed (Sleeps 2) Kitchen/Dining: The dining area has a table for six, plus a kitchen bar that will seat four. Plenty of seating for your whole crew! Patio: Seating for four and a propane gas grill. STOCKED ITEMS All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay. Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue. All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent. * Minimum booking age is 21 * This property requires two stairs to get into the home. Have a special occasion during your stay? There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets. **Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property. **Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The registered service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The registered service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
