Welcome to this bright 70 sqm fully air-conditioned and connected apartment: an open kitchen to the living room, two bedrooms, a shower room, and separate toilets. Quiet and perfectly located, everything is within walking distance: 5 minutes from the train station and the city center, 10 minutes from the famous Croisette, the port, the Palais des Festivals, and the beaches! A bakery is located at the foot of the building, and numerous shops are nearby. The very bright apartment is situated on the first floor without an elevator, offering premium comfort. Luxuriously decorated by an architect, it includes: A large and pleasant living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining area, A semi-open equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all kitchen utensils, A first air-conditioned bedroom with a King-size bed, A second air-conditioned bedroom with a Queen-size bed, A bathroom with a shower, Separate toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided. Basic cooking essentials are available: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... TV & Wifi. The two bedrooms are spaced apart, allowing each guest to have their privacy. Children are welcome: baby cot, high chair, and adapted tableware are provided. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay if you have any questions. The flat is located in the most pleasant area of the city, close to restaurants, beaches and a 5 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals Ideal for travellers who want to be centrally located during conferences, or for families on holiday. All these restaurants are within easy reach of our Cannes apartment, offering a variety of cuisines to suit all tastes and preferences. An extra charge of 40€ must be paid in cash to the person who will welcome you for arrivals after 10pm.
