The resort has a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone and an 850-foot lazy river and wave pool. There is also a movie theatre, fitness centre, dance/exercise studio, children’s day club, internet room, gaming arcade, shop, beach volleyball court and a poolside tiki bar. The resort-style pool offers a water slide for the kids and a relaxing lazy river for everyone to enjoy! If you have a passion for golf, the resort has a public 18-hole golf course with a driving range and putting green. Sports fanatics can also enjoy the volleyball and tennis courts on-site. This location is perfect for those looking to have endless things to do right in the backyard of your stunning vacation home! ChampionsGate Resort is located in a large area to the south of Highway 192 in Kissimmee and is just perfect as a ideal location for a base when visiting the Orlando Area. The Orlando area Attraction and Theme Parks, including Disney World Resort and Lake Buena Vista, are all within easy driving distance. On the fringe of the resort community you will find that Shops, Restaurants, Fast Food Outlets, Golf Courses and leisure amenities are plentiful. They includes a Publix grocery supermarket, Walgreen’s, banks and petrol stations.

The entire space is yours to enjoy—make yourself at home! Parking is available: • The driveway is available for parking and can hold up to 2 cars. Property access: • Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard. Resort access: • You're provided with complimentary access to the ChampionsGate Resort and Oasis Clubhouse open daily from 9am - 9pm, year-round. Reminders from Oasis Club: • NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots. • For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team. • Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted. • For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.
