Kitchen: Fully equipped for simple meals, snacks, and beach-day prep 🍽️ ⸻ 🏖️ Beach Access & Extras Direct beach access just steps from the building 🌊 Beach cart included in the unit — helpful for carrying chairs, towels, and gear 🏖️ Guests may rent equipment for pickleball, cornhole, and shuffleboard for a $5 non-refundable rental fee. Cost is $75 to register ⚠️ Additional parking passes may be purchased at the Golden Sands front desk, subject to availability provide parking pass after registration is paid. ⸻ 🏊 Pool Information: *The indoor heated pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. *The outdoor pool typically opens during the week of Memorial Day (earlier if conditions allow). *Outdoor pool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. *No pool passes are required. 🏊 Pool Access The community and indoor pool is managed by the building and not the host. Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
