House Rules and Terms

✅ No parties allowed. If a party takes place, guests will be asked to leave property immediately without a refund. There is minimum $1000 fine. This is enforced by law enforcement. ✅ Must be 21 years or older to book property. Due to restrictions in the neighborhood, guests must send a copy of their driver's license to host. ✅ No smoking of any kind. A $1000 cleaning fee will apply if smoke is detected. ✅ No pets (service dogs are welcome—just let me know in advance). ✅ No fireworks or illegal activities. ✅ Keep noise levels down. If excessive noise is reported, authorities may be called, leading to immediate eviction without a refund. ✅ Security: 3 external security cameras are installed for your safety (no indoor cameras). ✅ Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM ✅ Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM. There is a $100 fee for pool heat every day.
