With three cozy bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, this vacation rental caters to relaxation and indulgence. The master suite is comfortably set with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bunk up with two twins and double beds in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two beds that are double-sized beds as well. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Conveniently located near Chaparral Park and the vibrant entertainment and dining of Old Town Scottsdale, Old Town Gem is not just a rental; it's an experience. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there is a ring camera to the right of the front door. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
