It accommodates 2+2 guests, with one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment features a rooftop pool and is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable stay. Features my guests enjoy: - Wonderful swimming pool on the roof of the building open all year round. - Air conditioning heat / cool in the living room and in the bedroom (both spaces have air conditioning) - An impeccable 80m² apartment with modern and functional equipment. - Ideal location in a quiet street. Other features you should take into account : - An ideal apartment for 2+2 people. - The apartment is located on the 2th floor. There is an elevator. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. - A crib available but not have a high chair. Please let us know in advance so we can have the crib ready before your arrival. Accommodation : - You will appreciate my home for its modernity, its luminosity and its privileged location, its swimming pool and private parking in the building. To make the most of your stay, you will have all this at your disposal: - A bright room with a double bed. - A living room with dining table for 4 people, kitchen, with television, storage space and a comfortable sofa. - The kitchen is fully equipped: cooking plate, refrigerator, freezer, cooking plates, microwave and kitchen utensils. - A bathroom: bathtub with shower, sink, storage cabinet, toilet, bidet. - Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Amenities included: - Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay: sheets, towels, toilet kit (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper rolls, hand soap). In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: dishwasher soap, scourer, multi-purpose cloth and garbage bag. Everything you need at your fingertips: - Situated in quiet street in the center of Malaga, you will enjoy restaurants, tapas, pubs and bars less than 3 minutes walking. - 5-7 min. walk to the the historical monuments of our city. - Plaza de la Merced and its famous "Casa Natal de Picasso" are 5 minutes walk away. - The Cathedral is 10 min. walk away. - Beach 15-20 minutes walk away. Arrival is by self check-in. To open the door on the first day is through an app, and the rest of the days with a set of keys available to guests.
