Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease using the provided stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and a sofa bed in the living room. Laundry & Connectivity: For your convenience, the cottage includes an in-suite washer and dryer. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet throughout your stay. The Bunkie: A unique highlight of the property, the separate bunkie has been converted into a dedicated playroom and hangout space, perfect for children or a quiet afternoon retreat. Outdoor Living: Screened-In Porch: Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze without the worry of bugs in our comfortable screened-in porch—the ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Nature & Wildlife: A short stroll takes you to the beach for clam digging, sunset walks, or swimming in the warmest ocean waters north of the Carolinas. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please be aware of the following: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. We offer complimentary high-speed internet. The property is pet-friendly, but we kindly request that you clean up after your pets to maintain the cleanliness of the grounds. A one time 150$ pet fee per stay applies. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. The fire pit is available for use; however, guests are responsible for adhering to all local fire safety regulations.
