🏠 There are two bedrooms with a total of five beds, and the bed arrangements are as follows: 🛏️ 5 Beds Room 1 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 2 : 2 Twins There is 1 twin bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Charming Old South West house in a quite neighborhood, equipped with 2 UHD 65” Smart TVs, smart Thermostat( forced air) throughout the house, 2 beautiful bathrooms one has a bathtub and the other has a stand shower. There is a patio in the side of the house that provides complete privacy and contains a propane BBQ grill. Charming cozy home in a quite and walkable neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and beautiful mansions . 5 minutes to Washoe golf course, and Truckee river, 45 minutes drive to stunning Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to Midtown charming Cafés , restaurants and bars. Important NOTE: Please note that Reno area is a ski destination with great ski resorts around. visitors need to be prepared for harsh weather conditions, road closures and always check the weather forecast and plan ahead. We do recommend to start your travel, early in the morning if possible and before it gets dark, to minimize any road hazards. Also driving AWD/4WD vehicles with tire chains are recommended. So please be prepared because we can’t provide any refunds for cancellations due to storms and road closures. We are not responsible for any of your packages or deliveries.
