The main living space is on the 2nd floor. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating around a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace (wood not provided), ideal for a relaxing time indoors. Sliding glass doors open onto the airy balcony, boasting a breadth of scenic landscapes. Enjoy hearty meals at the 6-seater dining table, or whip up your favorite recipes in the well-stocked kitchen. Stainless steel appliances such as a drip coffee maker, electric stovetop, dishwasher and slower cooker are available. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 are located downstairs, kitted with comfy queen-size beds and full bathrooms. THINGS TO NOTE: A washer/ dryer is provided Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the Valley View parking lot on Christy Lane. A parking pass is required; the pass is available once you enter the home. No street parking is permitted. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging. Our cleaners travel from great lengths and have tight schedules and therefore will arrive right at 10am. Failure to abide our check-out policy may result in fees.
