The property is located on the first floor. There is a well lit private entrance for guests. Free on street parking. The property is a 1 bedroom duplex. Please note: there is a £10 daily electricity allowance as this was changed to a pay as you go meter recently. For stays longer that 2 nights guests are kindly asked to stick within this allowance. Any excessive usage will result in an additional charges.
