This newly built beautiful 2 bed room apartment located 2 mins walk to Baseball Museum. 5mins walk from Hiroshima station. Each bedroom comes with 1x Queen size bed which can sleep 4 people in total. It is located on the 1st floor with view from Balcony. All bedding is hotel quality standards and TV. Modern toilet with washlet. Separate bathroom & powder area. Washing machine . Ideal place to stay in Hiroshima. Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out. This 40 sqm 2 floors apartment has very good location , few mins away from the center of Hiroshima city. 2 mins walk to baseball museum. Located on the 1st floor Sleeping arrangement : 1st bedroom : 1x Queen size bed (sleeps 2 adults) 2nd Bedroom : 1x Queen size bed ( sleeps 2 adult) Total : 4 adult sleep comfortably Kitchen which is equipped with the basic pots and pans to ensure a good dining experience. Consists of a washing machine (free detergent) Each guest will be provided with one set of towels. Towels are provided from professional Hotel. All the furniture and decorations have been picked out tastefully for the guests, with no detail overlooked and no attention spared. I want you to feel at home when you are staying with us. Driving in the downtown area can be a little confusing, especially if you are new. If you don't have a car, public transportation is a great choice. please make sure you check my instructions with the video (I will send it right after the booking is confirmed ) even the right address will not be shown correctly on the map, because the city is historical and very old. enjoy the video and local please, I will be here to answer all your questions. House comes with: + Fridge, microwave + AC/heater + Washing machine + Towel + Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner + coffee All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it. In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed.
