Cute private studio with everything you need. Separate entrance so you free to come and go at your Leisure. Quaint Patio Load-shedding ready! We have SOLAR! comfort, convenience & rest in a quiet area close to Majik Forest. Great place to run or go for a walk. It has everything you need to make your stay private although it is attached to a home. Separate entrance, private patio. Folding Table Desktop work space, fast WIFi, modern bathroom with rain shower, Comfy double bed, fluffy duvet, white linen and fluffy towels. Aircon (cooling & heating) Smart Flatscreen TV & Netflix. Kitchenette with Gas Hob, air fryer, blender, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Private patio with two seater table & chairs outside next to a vegetable garden. We supply coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits/rusks as well as cereal, milk. Housekeeping Serviced t&c. Soaps, shampoo etc provided.
Good to know
Servicing of the Studio is included to make up bed and tidy up the room T&C apply. There are two friendly small dogs on the property however they are kept away in the other garden on the other side of the house. Parking on driveway or road only. Very safe area. Patrolled by ADT. Loadshedding is a norm in South Africa. Please download the EskomsePush App to stay in the loop. Sea Point is your area of reference. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

It is a very secure and quiet neighborhood close to Majik Forest shopping center, Majik Forest Park Gardens, Tygervalley, Willow Bridge & the many Durbanville wine estates.
Guest Access
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
