About the Home
Situated above a well known hotel in the heart of the Mother City of Cape Town. Our guests can use all of the hotel’s amenities including heated pool - 24 hour reception, 24 hr security. Good to know
There is a display of pamphlets/brochures in reception which you may help yourself to. We have a shuttle and private transport service available at an additional cost should you require this. It is an exclusive service and a little more than the taxis or we can arrange our preferred Uber drivers to be there to collect you at the airport. You can pay them directly. For those of you with your own cars, we do have a secure undercover parking bay with direct access to the apartment as also reception area. A remote will be given to you with your keys although a security/doorman is always on duty 24/7. Servicing of the apartment is always an extra. Revert to the costs in your manual. Kindly note that the excessive use of electricty will be for the guest account. The normal usage is 5-9 units a day as the hot water geysers do not run from the individual units but are on the hotel system. Top up no is displayed on front of the unit behind at the door. For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment will be serviced and the linen will be changed during your stay. Therefore an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Electricity top up is for your own account for longer stays of 28 days or more. Excessive use of electricity after the average daily usage will be charged to the guest. Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 per request. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry. Keeping the space pristine: We also schedule an additional clean during your stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

You have access to the building on two sides that are both manned 24/7. Choice of 4 Lifts take you up to your floor. Enjoy a meal in the hotel restaurant. {I can recommend the Butter Chicken, Braised Lamb or Fish.} {Uber eats delivers directly to your door should you prefer to eat in your home or cook a homemade meal in your very own kitchen}
Guest Access
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will require a set of keys and/remote which we will hand over to you personally or you can be collected from reception 24/7 should your arrival be very late. Instruction manual is in apartment.
