Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation. * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Bookings of length period from 10 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet * No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise. * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
