The villa is spread across two levels—ground floor and first floor—connected by a beautiful marble staiGround Floor This level features a spacious living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, both furnished with high-quality contemporary pieces. A comfortable bedroom with a double bed is also located on the ground floor for added convenience. This bedroom has access to a private WC. The open-plan design enhances both comfort and functionality, creating bright and welcoming spaces. Two elegant dining areas are available—one in the kitchen and another in the living room—allowing guests to enjoy their meals while overlooking either the lush green backyard or the sparkling blue pool. The ground floor connects to the main entrance at the front and opens directly onto the pool area at the rear. It also provides access to a generous 20 sq. m balcony with stunning views. ### First Floor Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms offer breathtaking sea views and are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. Each of these bedrooms features its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The cameras are located exclusively in outdoor transit areas, specifically the parking area, the front main entrance, and the exterior entrance of the house. There is absolutely no recording in any indoor spaces or in areas where guests can reasonably expect privacy, including the swimming pool area and the verandas. Although we love children, the villa may not be suitable for infants, as it does not have specific safety features designed for them. Additionally, the house is equipped with central heating, making it a comfortable choice year-round, even for a winter stay.
