YOUR OWN PRIVATE RESIDENCE Seaglass is a self-contained residence with its own: • Private entrance and parking • Three bedrooms • Fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas • Private balcony with dining for 6 • Private hot tub • Private outdoor grilling and relaxation areas There are no interior connecting spaces between the two residences. Guests staying in Residence B do not have access to your home, balcony, hot tub, parking area or other private spaces. The game room is the only shared amenity, and each residence has its own designated seating area. TRAVELING WITH A LARGER GROUP? Neighboring Residence | B is a separate, self-contained 3-bedroom residence that may be booked separately, subject to availability. Reserve both residences to enjoy the complete 6-bedroom Beach Chill Oasis, accommodating up to 16 guests. It’s an ideal setup for extended families or friends who want to vacation together while enjoying the privacy of two separate homes.
