Clearwater Beach offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. From water sports to sunset strolls along the sugar-white sands, you'll find endless activities to enjoy. - PETS: Dogs are allowed! We allow dogs at a rate of $250/per dog. - NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside of this property, or anywhere on the property grounds. All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside of the property. - LAUNDRY: Each home has 2 private washers and 2 private dryers. - TRASH DAYS: Trash & Recycling pick up is on Thursday. Trash cans are located on the side of the home. - POOLS: This home features a swimming pool and spa. The pool and spa get turned on manually with a button on the wall and automatically shut off after 6 hours. The pool and spa heaters are not heated 24hrs/day.
