7. Care of the Home

Guests agree to treat the home with care and to notify the host promptly of any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns during their stay.

8. Children & Supervision

Children must be supervised at all times. The home may not be child-proofed.

9. Use of Amenities

Guests use all amenities at their own discretion and agree to follow any posted instructions or guidance provided in the house manual.

10. Maintenance & Emergency Access

The host or property manager may need to access the property for maintenance or emergency purposes and will provide notice whenever possible.

11. Compliance With Local Laws

Guests agree to comply with all applicable local laws, ordinances, and community guidelines during their stay. Please NO glitter or confetti of any kind. These products create excessive amounts of more cleaning and you will be charged an additional $100 if found.
