Le Marmontin is a warm, non-smoking chalet that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, ideal for a peaceful getaway in the heart of the forest. Nestled on the vast Chalets d’Auvergne estate, it shares the site with two other pavilions: La Sittelle and L’Hermine. Main Features & Amenities: ♨️ Private hot tub on a screened-in covered terrace – perfect for relaxing in nature 🔥 Indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces for cozy evenings 🍖 Propane BBQ, outdoor dining table, and chairs for meals in the fresh air 📺 Smart TV and a comfortable living area 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen with a central island and bright dining space 🚣 Kayak 🚗 Two parking spaces and an electric vehicle charging station 🌳 Large windows and cathedral ceilings offering stunning forest views Layout: • Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area • 2 enclosed bedrooms located upstairs • Screened terrace with direct access to the hot tub and outdoor fireplace The pavilion was designed following eco-energy performance principles as part of the Auvergne – Living Laboratory project, in collaboration with Trempe Architecte and the Société d’habitation du Québec. On-site Activities: • Private hiking and snowshoe trails • Lighted pathway and children’s play area • Private river access for all three chalets on the property, just a 5-minute walk away: dock, swimming, fishing, and kayaking (kayaks provided from June 15 to September 15). • Exploration of the property’s wetlands and peat bog • Exclusive access to the site shared by the three chalets Good to Know: The water comes from a natural underground spring. It may have a slight tint from tannins, typical of forest wells, but it remains perfectly safe to drink.A filtered water station is also available in the kitchen for your comfort.
