The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with a living area that features a relaxing sofa and a flat screen TV, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances. The apartment is 5 minutes from Metro Plaza Tetuan and Metro Arc de Triomf (Purple Line L2 & Red Line L1). The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this 87 m2 historic and modernist flat located next to Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella's park one of the main green areas of the city. In the middle of Example district, the apartment is located is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the city. ⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights. Dreta de L'Eixample is one of the most luxurious neighborhoods of Barcelona. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** -Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities. Thank you for your understanding!
