Description

Three Rivers Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Almont, CO, just 20 minutes south of Crested Butte and 10 minutes north of Gunnison. “Royal Coachman” (Every cabin is named after a fly pattern.) **Note: for 2025, we are replacing the futon with a standard couch. This will no longer have a futon. This value-priced, rustic style cabin offers all of the necessities in one large room. There are two full beds plus a couch to sit on. The full kitchen is stocked with the basics and outside the front door is a small grassy area with a picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit. It also borders the playground so perfect for families. Parking is limited to one vehicle. • Approximately 390 square feet • Two full size beds and a couch • Supplies included: paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hairdryer, trash bags, dish soap • Not included: Anything edible (including coffee, condiments, spices), laundry detergent, hairdryer, shampoo and toiletries • Parking limited to 1 vehicle (Additional vehicles and trailers may require parking separate from the cabin. Fees may apply.) All units are designated as non-smoking (including marijuana). Dogs allowed for an additional $20/night/dog, maximum of 2 dogs. No cats or other animals. Dogs may not be left alone in cabins at any time. Nightly rate is based on 4 people. There is an additional fee of $10/person/night for extra persons (ages 7 and over). Rates are typically higher during the peak season from May – September/early October and during holiday periods. Rates are adjusted based on occupancy and can change at any time.
