Safety First: The community is gated with 24-hour security for your peace of mind. Check-in Requirements: Per HOA and management rules, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in. Cleanliness: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 fee applies for any violations to cover deep-cleaning and restoration.
