Lawson's Lookout is situated in the centre of Victor Harbor with incredible views of the sea and landscapes surrounding it. This double storey home is in the perfect location to access the town centre and venture to nearby towns with many cafes, restaurants, walking trails and more. Upstairs There is a large open lounge area with wall-to-wall glass and a full-length timber deck to sit and take in the beautiful views of the town. Comfort will not be compromised with the split system air conditioner and ceiling fan while watching TV. Bedroom one includes a queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet & vanity. There are doors on to the wrap around timber deck to enjoy a morning cuppa and great view. Bedroom two has two single beds and built in robe. Downstairs Is open plan with a comfortable lounge, dining setting for eight and stools at the kitchen bench. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven, fridge/freezer and coffee pod machine. There is a ceiling fan to help move the beautiful sea breeze that will flow through the open double glass doors. Bedroom three has a queen bed and built in robe. The bathroom includes a shower, bath & vanity. Separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and access to outside leading to the fourth bedroom which is outside and separate from the house. Bedroom four is enormous and includes a queen bed and has a lounge area with sofa and TV. There is also a reverse cycle air conditioner. The driveway is slightly steep down to the undercover parking for two cars and the property is fenced on all sides with a lawned back yard for the children to play whilst you enjoy the BBQ area with outdoor furniture on the timber deck.
