Living & Relaxation: The open-concept living area features low-maintenance tiled flooring throughout and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. To ensure a seamless stay, please keep the following in mind: Parking: One parking pass is included in your rate. If you require a second pass, the resort charges a $35 fee. Check-in Requirements: Per resort policy, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present a valid ID and credit card at check-in. Prohibited Items: Please note that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the community. Provisioning: While we provide a full set of cookware, plates, and glassware, we recommend bringing your own "pantry basics" such as salt, pepper, oils, and napkins, as these are not provided for sanitary reasons.
