Do not set the AC below 68 degrees and do not run AC when the outside temp is below 65. Either of these can cause the unit to freeze and permanently damage the unit. You will be responsible for any damages. These are general operating instructions for all AC units. Dogs are welcome at the house, but not on the furniture. The hair and dirt they track requires a lot of extra cleaning if it is on upholstery or linens. Pet hair on furniture, including bedding, will incur additional cleaning costs. Please bring towels for your dog and do not use the white towels to clean your dogs paws. Checkout is no later than the time in your reservation, 10am. Any late check outs will incur a minimum $100 fee to cover the cleaners time and disruption of the days schedule. Thanks for helping us stay on schedule for all our guests! No Parties, No Smoking. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay and a minimum $250 charge for smoke remediation and possible liability for any guests stay following yours.
