This is purely a holiday rental and no one shares the house with you, when you book you are booking the entire house. There are 2 driveways and plenty of street parking available

House Rules and Terms

• We have a very strict “No Party” policy. Noise and loud music should be kept to a minimum in the games room, outdoor areas and firepit after 10pm weekdays and after 11pm Fridays & Saturdays (we are in a residential area and ask that you are considerate of our neighbours). • Absolutely No Smoking in any indoor areas. • No food or drinks to be consumed over pool table. • Use of firepit is at your own risk. • Please ensure BBQ is properly cleaned after use
