Living space The ground floor opens into a bright, open-concept layout where the fully equipped kitchen flows directly into the dining and living areas - a natural gathering spot after a day out. The kitchen is outfitted with everything a large group needs: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and barbecue utensils for cookouts on the patio. A dining table comfortably seats the group, and the living area gives everyone room to settle in together. Step outside and the screened-in pool and spa area awaits, with lounge seating and outdoor dining to make the most of Florida's year-round warmth. Sleeping arrangements Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor - a queen bedroom and a king master suite with a private ensuite - ideal for guests who prefer easy access. Upstairs, the home opens into a lively mix of themed and standard rooms.
