Welcome to Time Out, a comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental located in a quiet neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown New Buffalo, Michigan. This inviting home is the ideal retreat for families or friends looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the best of Southwest Michigan. Conveniently located near New Buffalo’s beaches (6 miles, 2 min car ride), shops, and restaurants, you’re also just a short drive from the Four Winds Casino, New Buffalo Golf Club, and several championship golf courses. For even more excitement, the Michigan City outlet mall, Indianan Dunes and Blue Chip Casino are nearby, offering great shopping and entertainment options. Whether you’re planning to explore, relax, or do a little of both, Time Out is the perfect home base for your Southwest Michigan escape. **Please note fees vary per booking site and some totals include the cleaning fee, damage waiver fee and booking fee others break out the fees. Some sites charge an additional booking fee.** Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional. Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
