The suite features a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests, a dedicated dining table perfect for meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything needed for comfortable self-catering: microwave grill oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and complete dishes and tableware. An in-room washing machine ensures convenience for longer stays, while the smart TV provides entertainment options with streaming services. Premium amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, wireless charging station, laptop-sized safe box, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luxury toiletries including body gel, hand soap, and shampoo. Fresh linens and towels are provided, with housekeeping services tailored to your stay length.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM, with flexible timing available upon request. The property maintains a strict no-smoking policy throughout all areas, with a €200 cleaning fee for violations. Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool and gym have specific operating hours and safety guidelines that must be followed. For stays of 1-4 nights, housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure. For longer stays (4+ nights), housekeeping service is provided every 5th day, including fresh linens, towel changes, and cleaning. Additional housekeeping is available upon request for €50 per service. The suite is equipped with air conditioning, and detailed operation instructions for all appliances are provided in your welcome guide.
